Haramis Park, O’Brien Road, Renfrew, Saturday and Sunday July 14 and 15, 2012 - the place and date for the Renfrew Art Guild’s celebration of fine arts in the central Ottawa Valley. Home to a vibrant artistic community, and known for its talented visual artists, Renfrew is a lively hub for the arts. In commemoration of 15 years of successful involvement in community arts, the Renfrew Art Guild is hosting the inaugural Renfrew Art in the Park, conveniently located near the O’Brien Road interchange (Highway 17) in a main commercial area, a site that affords excellent visibility for locals and travellers alike. Haramis Park is ‘at the caboose’, alongside Renfrew Tourism’s tourist bureau, with an excellent parking area and a level site that is ideal for our grand art tent, individual artists’ gazebos / shelters, and Art in the Park food vendors.
Renfrew Art in the Park is pleased to acknowledge the support of the Town of Renfrew and the Renfrew Industrial Commission in securing this accessible location. Art in the Park is a family event promoting arts, culture, recreation and tourism. Exhibition is open to members of the Renfrew Art Guild, and guest artists and artisans by special invitation of a Renfrew Art Guild member.
